Our company's regular general assembly for 2012 took place on Sunday, March 31, 2013, at 14:00 at our company address.

Retired Brigadier General Adnan TANRIVERDİ, Chairman of the Board of Directors at the General Assembly, thanked all those who contributed to SADAT reaching the desired level in a short time in 2012 and the participants. Executive Vice President Retired Professor, Fethi KIRAN, read the 2012 Annual Report. He explained in the report training activities, exhibitions abroad, published guidelines, training course notes ready, ministerial-level discussions, and the situation of interviews with foreign companies. Budget expenditures, audit reports have been read and submitted for members' approval and they accepted.

Fethi KIRAN and Reşat FIDAN, whose memberships of the Board of Directors have ended, were thanked for their work, and presented a plaque.

Unanimously were elected members of the board of directors, who will manage the company for three years.
